“RENOVA”, as an advocate for progress of the entire society lives, as socially responsible company (SRC), directs its activities in more segments. Having in mind the difficult economic conditions in our environment, and in order to meet the population regardless of national territorial and gender diversity, while trying to help the development of society, we were motivated to undertake and implement development aid projects. We can freely say that the internal behavior of employees is on high moral ethical character and is based on their education and expertise, namely, our company is subscribed to many magazines, frequently attends seminars, trainings for specialization etc.

Employees in the SRC are on high humanistic, collegial, correct relations, the composition of the staff is of different ages, gender and nationalities. So, as a team we were determined to implement humanitarian projects, investing in human resources, for which we founded “RENOVA” foundation.

    “RENOVA” Foundation

Program:

    1. To award scholarships for 160 talented students and high school students of whom we expect quality staff that will be directly involved in the development of society.
    2. To influence the development of awareness and increase the level of education.
    3. To monitor students in the process of education and studies.

Activities:

    1. Meetings between grantees and Idrizi Brothers as donors. (introduction, mission and plans of the Foundation for the future)
    2. Camping and workshops with grantees
    3. Meetings for announcing the most successful student
    4. Cooperation with the ELBUHARA foundation from Malaysia (and Master studies students in Malaysia).

    In addition to funding, we are effective in production and services, other humanitarian donor community activities which are part of the project, including:

    • Monthly financial assistance to several social and health endangered families (long term).
    • Funding and donations for construction and reconstruction of various religious buildings, churches, mosques, monasteries).
    • Funding and donations for construction and reconstruction of educational and health institutions (schools, health centers, etc..) which are directly involved in the infrastructure of society and their development)
    • Funding and sponsorship of various cultural and artistic events.
    • Donations for pensioners for their sport games.
    • Funding books publishing (teachers, students, individuals).
    • Funding projects and collaboration with the faculties from South East European University (SEEU) on a project for bringing together companies and students, and their future employment.
    • It is to note that we are active in sports, and we have founded the football club “RENOVA” which competes in the first football league of the Republic of Macedonia, train young children for raising and maintaining awareness and healthy spirit.

    Philanthropically, we are prominent from USAID in cooperation with CIR, from the “Project for Strengthening Civil Society”

    The plan for providing protection of the environment is in compliance with the legislation of the
    Republic of Macedonia and convergent to EU standards for environmental protection. It is worth to mention that the high ecologic awareness of the management team and employees are reflected in the production process with:

    • Application of protective filters and purifiers for air and environment protection
    • Using modern machines and tools which are not dangerous for the environment.
    • Proper use of natural resources.
    • Undertaking activities for greenery and environment.
    • Regulating storm water in our surrounding.
    • Our transport means are equipped with ECO filters.
    • It is emphasized the care of employees (their health, safe working environment) in production with adequate protection: business suits, respiratory masks, gloves, hats, etc..

    For all the above activities, always and on time were informed almost all written and public media. As a result we have received a lot of awards, certificates of gratitude and public promotion of our brand “RENOVA” that apart from economic contributions, it is dedicated to the development of society in general.

    Finally, we would conclude that the “RENOVA” has achieved this social economic balance on the basis of:

    • Caring for employees, as well as for the general population and respect of human rights and labor standards – within the company and outside of it.
    • Seeing and meeting the needs of consumers (good quality, reasonable prices, timely delivery, etc.) and honest relationship with suppliers and partners.
    • Full attention to social life of the population.

    • Investment and creation of new jobs in terms of economic development in society and beyond

    “RENOVA” is not stopping with the so far mentioned achievements; it is the commitment that in future we will be able to further increase our activities for the improvement and development of the whole society and among other things to be recognized as a socially responsible company.
